Got a call from one of my suppliers and was offered a few hundred of these USMC IFAK's. These kits were sold as surplus back to the supplier due to some of the contents expiring this year. When it comes to medical products, "expired" does NOT mean the items are "bad", so this technicality can save you big bucks. These kits had an original MSRP of $249.00, but with some items expiring this year (they haven't even expired yet!).
